   1. Knowing your revenue potential is ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL

   Do I know how many clients I need to see?

   1. Covering rent compared to covering rent plus utilities, stock, heat, employees, support services, laundry etc. is a completely different experience

   Do I know how many clients I see now?

   1. Your performance data will be a key metric in determining your success.

2. Do I know my client’s value?

   1. How valuable are your clients to you? 

3. Do I have the money to invest in my idea?

   1. When it comes down to it. The dollar and cents put all the above answers to work.
